Two (2) GYROTONIC® Private Training/Conditioning Sessions (50 minutes each) with Certified Trainer, Karen Safrit

Coordinate, strengthen and lengthen muscles throughout the body for maximum performance on the field, in the pool, on the court, around the track, and in the studio. The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a holistic approach to movement that is designed to meet the needs of people of all ages* and abilities. During both of these 50 minute private sessions, you will work on increasing your range of motion, relaxing overused muscle groups, and engaging often-neglected opposing muscles.

Restrictions: Two sessions should be scheduled within two weeks of each other. Expires June 30, 2022

Special Instructions
This item will be available for pickup on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at John Adams Middle School Performing Arts Center, Santa Monica.
Auction pickup times will be sent out to winning bidders.
If the winning bidder is a current participant in an Elemental Music program, we will do our best to deliver your winning items directly to your rehearsal during the week of Feb 28.
If the item needs to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for the additional shipping charges and will be billed to your account. All items are shipped with tracking. The shipper, not Elemental Music, is responsible for successful delivery.
