Durable, solid, and lightweight layered baltic birch wood. Wood Side: matte natural wood grain for cutting, finished with food-grade cutting board oil. Artwork Side: smooth satin finish for display and serving only. Rinse and wipe clean with a non-abrasive cloth. 1" hole for handling and hanging. Product Note: Cut only on the wood side.
