Peju is a dynamic family-owned and operated Wine Estate located in Rutherford -- Napa Valley.
Named "BEST WINERY IN NORTH AMERICA" by the Discoverer Blog, PEJU Winery began with Tony Peju daring to sell wines in an informal facility: the garage at their vineyard estate in Rutherford, Napa Valley. A lengthy legal battle ensued and Peju persisted: this became the catalyst for Napa County to create the legal definition of what a winery is which was adopted in 1991. It is no wonder that Tony is called "The Father of Custom Crush."
For nearly four decades, the commitment to crafting wines of distinction has remained at the heart of the PEJU winemaking philosophy. We craft a collection of small-lot and single-vineyard wines available only through our wine club and Tasting Room.
Our Napa Valley estate properties provide us with the foundation to make world-class wines. Dedicated to making classic wines that reflect the unique character and quality of our estate vineyards, winemaker Sara Fowler strives to understand the opportunities presented by each specific terroir and microclimate. By breaking down each property into individual vineyard blocks Sara’s goal is to harvest when the flavors have reached their peak and the tannins are at their softest.
For over three decades we have been welcoming guests to our Rutherford estate to enjoy our wines, warm hospitality, and beautiful gardens.

Expires June 2023. Prior approintment required with donor prior to tasting with signed original gift certificate only. Please bring certificate on day of tasting.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 4, 2022 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 8, 2022, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 7 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
