Chef Daniel Gomez Sanchez of DGS Culinary is a Food Network Chopped Grill Masters winner (2016) and former chef de cuisine at the Michelin-starred La Toque restaurant in The Westin Verasa Napa -- and now you and five guests can enjoy his culinary creations in a private setting! Not only will the food be first-rate; the event will be located at the Ackerman Heritage House, a beautifully restored Victorian in downtown Napa.
Located just two blocks off of downtown Napa's iconic Main Street at 608 Randolph Street, The Ackerman Heritage House stands as a reflection of the area's rich cultural history. Today this historic mansion -- the Grande Dame of Napa -- has become a focal point for the downtown Napa scene and stands alone as a one-of-a-kind experience that marries the luxury of architectural design, food, and wine: private culinary events for weddings or engagements, authentic afternoon teas, anniversary or bridal showers, themed events, Ackerman Family Vineyards wine and food pairings and many other unique experiences. This luxurious entertaining space once again exhales a new spirit and awaits many more visitors to experience one of Napa’s iconic estates.
All food and wine will be provided, and the dinner will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable date and time for all parties.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 4, 2022, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 8, 2022, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 7, 2022, if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
