The winning bidder will receive a certificate good for a nutritional assessment with Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and SBS parent Jacqueline Yoakum. The assessment will take place at the winning bidder's home within the Napa Valley.
The purpose of the assessment will be to check in with your body and find out how to optimize your health or get it back on track. We'll take a close look at your digestive health, metabolic efficiency, adrenal fatigue, and food sensitivities and allergies, as we probe for the root cause of your sensitivities so that your body can move beyond the things that are slowing it down.
About Jacqueline: I am an Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) who uses Muscle Response Testing (MRT) to dial in your bio-individual health plan. I use a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) form to get a clear picture of your current health status. We will work together to address health through the lens of your own body's ability to heal itself. There are many ways to approach wellness: through diet, stress management, nutrional supplementation, and more. This journey toward wellness is a lifelong effort to stay balanced and minimize stressors (from environmental toxins to nutritional deficiencies). This is your journey and I am your Sherpa, helping you find your way. Whether you have a chronic condition or auto-immune disorder, or are just seeking wellness and balance, our work will mirror your desire for knowledge and innate wisdom.
