Description
Three First Day of Issue envelopes carrying the 1967 Thoreau stamp designed by American artist Leonard Baskin. Each one is postmarked from Concord, Mass. One has a full color portrait of Thoreau. One has a standard 1856 daguerreotype portrait as a marguee. The last one advertises the use of the Zip Code and carries a block of FOUR Baskin stamps. A nice collection!
