The first published collection of Thoreau correspondence. Correspondents are indicated by their initials only. Includes nine poems by Thoreau, too. An edition of 2,130 copies, bound in a variety of colored cloth. This one is in textured green with gilt letters on the spine. Partially wrapped in torn archival plastic. Pencil notes on flyleaves.
