This is Higginson's memoir and tribute to Newport, Rhode Island. It's one of his most popular and readable books and is said to be quite enjoyable. Brown beveled cloth cover with gilt decoration and spine lettering. Pages are clean. Former owner name is written on one opening flyleaf. Binding has moderate wear to the heel of the spine, and the front cover contains some slight dark stains; otherwise, it's nice and clean.
