Chef Lars Liebisch will come to your next garden or cocktail party and bring 150 fresh oysters. The oysters are delivered over night directly from Johns River Oyster Farm in Pemaquid, ME and Chef Lars will chuck the oysters for you and your guests and even teach you how to do it. He will bring all the condiments and will serve the oysters three ways; raw, broiled and grilled (if grill is available).
