Chef / co-owner Spencer Bezaire has fed Silverlake for many years, first at Cafe Stella and then at L&E Oyster Bar, where his wife Sabrina was wine director. Now they own Eszett, cooking out of a charcoal oven and pouring natural wine directly across from Micheltorena.

Whether you get koji-marinated chicken wings, perfectly crispy wedge fries with aioli, Grilled Market Fish or the Basque cheesecake, everything is packed with flavor and served with warm hospitality. It is a place where locals can feel at home, pop in for a glass of wine and snack or settle in for a meal!
