Specializing in animal portraits, artist Julie Woods has entered and displayed her art in many National, International and local juried art shows, winning numerous awards.

Julie L. Woods has always preferred to focus on those subjects that she feels passionate about or understands.

Each and every one of the different subjects she has worked on and photographed over the years has helped to shape her life and career in a personal and unique way.

Born and raised in Colorado, Julie started drawing animals at a young age. She is a self-taught artist to which her family has told her, "Its a God given talent."
