I am a certified and licensed massage therapist. I see clients in my home studio, in the Strawberry neighborhood of Mill Valley. My massage table is set up with an infrared heated biomat, which assists with relaxation, muscle and tissue release, and reducing inflammation in the body. We will start by discussing your needs and preferences, and I'ÂÂ’ll tailor the massage and the techniques I use to you. I am trained in many different techniques, and have special training in a facia release called “skin rolling” which can be incredible for increasing circulation, restoring skin elasticity and youth, and releasing decades of old stress, pain, and tension stuck in the body.
