Enjoy 3 private Gyrotonic sessions with Juliann Rhodes in Occidental, CA.
Gyrotonic is a training method based on principles of yoga, dance, tai chi, and swimming. There is an emphasis on rotation and spiraling movement that doesn't have an endpoint. Regular Gyrotonic practice also builds core strength, balance, coordination, and agility.
Three private sessions will take place in Occidental, CA using this wonderful and unique exercise modality. In these sessions, Juliann will guide you through gentle movements that will stretch and strengthen you.

Special Instructions
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wed, March 30th, 2022 from 2:00-6:00pm, and Thursday, March 31st, 2022 from 1:00-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
