Patisserie Angelica (located in Sebastopol) is an award-winning, French-style bakery founded by sisters Condra Easley and Deborah Morris.
Condra was an accomplished pastry chef who worked at some of the most famous pastry houses in Paris and set the standard for our Parisian-style bakeshop today, which features an array of elegant desserts, chocolates, and custom cakes, and the popular West County High Tea. Deb ran the Café and was an artist in her own right, creating artful and unique decorative accents made of fondant for the one of kind custom cakes.
As one of the premier wedding cake designers in the wine country, Patisserie Angelica creations are hand-crafted and customized with the utmost attention to detail. Featuring the finest quality ingredients and local where possible, Patisserie Angelica is non-GMO, using natural food coloring, and single-origin chocolates in their truly true artisan creations.
Condra and Deb retired at the end of 2018 and “passed the whisk” to Gergana Karabelov and Jennifer Bice, business partners and new owners.
Special Instructions
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 12:00-2:00pm and Friday, May 14, 2021 from 12:00-4:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
