Description
Sharpen your skills and deepen you knowledge of the various knife styles, blade compositions and best practices for maintenance of your prized knives.
Stanford University Executive Chef Scott Tomelloso will share recipes and pro tips while guiding the group through the creation and presentation a fantastic and beautifully garnished meal from produce grown right on The HEAL Project Farm and including goods curated from The Coastside Farmers' Market vendors such as Harley Farms, Farm Fatales, Rosalind Bakery and Fly Girl Farm.
The hearty lunch that follows the class will include locally brewed beer, cider and wine - once everyone puts away their knives!
There are 5 work stations available for this class, to be purchased individually for a set price of $300 per station. Each station can accomodate 1-2 people, so purchase a station and invite a friend or partner!

All guests must sign an electronic release waiver before arrival to the Farm.
