3 Hours of general handyman services (see limitations below) from Eric Hagenauer, The Handyman. 


 

Special Instructions

Client is responsible for all material costs. Time of work subject to scheduling availability.


Limitations include:



  • No use of ladders greater than 10 feet above ground.

  • No work that is soley painting. Touch-up of repairs is included, but no painting of full rooms or houses.

  • Electrical:  Replacement of fixtures and switches, but no new wiring or panel work.

  • Plumbing:  Replacement of fixtures, but no new supply or drainage piping.
