Want to try something delicious?  This Povitica (poh-vee-TEET-sah)is made as a sweet pastry with a yeast-raised dough that is rolled and then spread with a  filling. Its name derives from the Slovenian word poviti, which means 'to wrap in'.  Enjoy your very own!
