Spinning is a no-impact aerobic exercise program that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle and can be done by people of all fitness levels. Our Spinning classes combine coaching, strength, and stamina-building, energizing music, cardio-vascular health, and a monster calorie burn.
Spinning burns serious calories (between 400-800 in 45 minutes). It tones the quad muscles, the outer thigh muscles, the glutes, abs, and arms.

Bidder will be responsible for the shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost, or stolen. Therefore, tracking is advised.
Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 20, 2022.
Special Note - Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 14-April 22, 2022 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.
Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 20, 21 & 22, 2022 between the hours of 11am-2pm. Beginning Monday, April 25, 2022 pick-up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
