Yes, that's right! Enjoy this fabulously fun experience of taking over our boutique Mill Valley Pilates studio with your group of up to 12 friends and family. This hour-long circuit class, taught by 3 of our talented teachers, is followed by a relaxing gathering over sparkling wine and/or Kombucha. Here's how it works. Your party of 12 will be divided into 3 groups of 4 each, based on prior experience and specific needs. Each of your 3 groups will start class at a separate station (ie..Pilates Reformers, Pilates Towers, Wunda Chairs). Each group will rotate to the next station after 20 min of Pilates fun with each teacher. After 3 stations, you will feel challenged, yet invigorated and centered. This class will be scheduled in advance on a weekend to accommodate your group. This class is a really fun idea for a grown-up birthday party, mom's group, or bachelorette/wedding party gathering.
