• Mail completed voucher form to The Joffrey Ballet box office, located at
10 East Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601. Tickets will then be mailed to you.
• Present in-person at The Joffrey Ballet box office. The box office is open Monday
to Friday, 12:00-5:00pm.

emailed to you.
