A two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the authentic Italian Village of Umbertide, in the Umbria region very near the border of Tuscany. This renovated apartment is in a 400-year-old historic building, up 67 steps and adjacent to the locals' favorite coffee shop. From the third-floor windows you get a view of the river and the town square below. Twice a week the square bustles with a market where you can buy everything you need for la dolce vita! We offer one week for you (maximum 4 people).

Special Instructions
Umbertide has a local train, which you can take to Perugia and connect to other Italian cities, including Florence snd Rome.
- must be able to climb 67 steps
- only 4 people can stay
- must negotiate with owners to confirm the week
- if you want to travel to other cities a car is recommended and public parking is nearby
The reservation is good until December 2023 (and we will take reservations as soon as Italy opens to US travel).
