The panoramic view stretches from the Truro Highlands, across the bay, to Long Point at the tip of the Cape and along the shore to Provincetown’s harbor and the Pilgrim Monument. Suite Descriptions

All suites have a private bedroom, living/dining room, full bath with shower/tub, kitchenette, telephone, wifi, dvd player, and cable tv. Accommodations include linens and maid service.

Elegant Accommodations

The Watermark Inn was designed by architect/owner Kevin Shea. A prime focus in the design was to have the interior spaces maximize sun exposure and view with windowed walls overlooking the water. When you are inside your suite you feel connected to the changing rhythms of the sun, the moon and the tides. Each suite contains modern furnishings intentionally designed in tans and whites to create a light and airy environment.

Spectacular Views

At the Watermark Inn, you can truly have a room with a view. Since the building juts into the bay beyond neighboring structures, there are no obstructions to our view. During high tide, when the sea rises under the deck, you feel as if you are on a ship.

Located directly on Cape Cod Bay in the quiet East End of Provincetown. The center of town is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride from our quiet residential neighborhood. Many of our guests rent bicycles to explore our quaint town, magnificent beaches and dune trails. When it is low tide, you can enjoy the shallow tidal pools or walk the beach into town to visit the many shops and restaurants.

Suites 8 and 9

These waterfront suites are located on the second floor with private decks overlooking the water. In the living room a cathedral ceiling ends with a triangular wall of glass, so that you enjoy a full view of sky and water. The glass sliders access private decks furnished with a café table, umbrella and deck chairs.

The bedroom has an open plan, so that you have a view through the living space directly to the water. The suites each have a queen size bed in the bedroom, living area with sofabed, dining table, kitchenette, and a full size bath.
