TK student artwork:mixed media on canvas (11"x14" horizontal)
Students in Mrs. Murphy's Transitional Kindergarten (TK) class helped create the image of North Carolina by stamping their fingerprints in a variety of colors; each student used one particular color to make his or her fingerprints across the page. The stamped paper was then cut into the image of NC and decoupaged to a painted canvas background. This artwork also includes a key that shows which student stamped with which specific color. This is a special keepsake of these young students' first year here at GRACE as well as our beautiful state!
