Featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and steam shower, flat panel HDTV and pool, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts in the common area of the complex, the condo is located at Tahoe City on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Major renovations at The Villas complex were completed Summer 2014, including all new cedar siding, roofs and double-pane windows throughout.

Winner needs to contact Lynda Wozniak to arrange the week, which runs from Sunday at 4PM to the following Sunday at noon. DEPOSIT: $200 refundable key/damage deposit PLUS $180 Cleaning Fee required prior to occupancy. Due to COVID, Lynda will arrange cleaning. EXPIRATION DATE: December 11, 2022.
