During this engaging session, your party of up to 8 will learn from Irish native, Colin Crawford, about the general history of Irish Whiskey and the specific resurgence of Irish Port Still Whiskey, known for its unique distillation process of mixing malted and un-malted barley in a pot still. Colin will share both popular and unique Irish Whiskeys during this fun and one-of-a-kind event!

About Colin: Originally from Belfast, Ireland, Colin Crawford now lives in San Francisco. He has deep connections with Grace Cathedral, his wife serves as the Men and Boys Choir Music Administrator and their three sons are former choristers. In recent years, Colin and a group of friends have been running a monthly whiskey tasting group.
