Nidhi Rajput's family hails from northern India, a region that inspires much of her delicious cooking. For the winner, she will cook the dishes that her own family loves: Chicken Tikka Masala Chicken (marinated and roasted chicken chunks added to a spiced tomato cream sauce), Chana masala (flavorful Indian curry with chickpeas in a spicy onion tomato masala gravy), Aloo Gobi (Indian stir-fry made with cauliflower and potatoes), and Roti, also called chapati (thin, round flatbread made from whole wheat flour and water and combined into dough and pan-cooked. Traditional basmati rice will also accompany the meal. To unify this beautiful and aromatic meal, Nidhi will personally select a perfect bottle of white wine. Prepared to serve four people and delivered on a mutually agreed upon date.
