Description
This classic soda bread--a staple in Irish households--is best eaten slathered with salted Irish butter, and is a fine accompaniment to corned beef and cabbage, should you be making that dish this St. Patrick's Day. Lucas Rockefeller (7th grade) bakes a perfect Irish soda bread from scratch, which always gets an approving nod from his Nana who hails from Dublin, Ireland. The loaf can be made with or without currants. To be delivered on a mutually agreed upon date.
