Start your day with an invigorating trifecta of activity with new 5th-grade mom and outdoor enthusiast Ginger Braun. Meet in the China Beach parking lot at 9 AM on Friday, May 20 to embark on a 1-hour Lands End loop hike, followed by a 30-minute rooftop yoga and stretch session and then a quick (totally optional!) polar plunge in the ocean! Healthy treats and great company will be served too.

Be sure to bring your yoga mat and a change of clothes if you're brave enough to brave the waves!
