Owned by CSB's own Fishman Family, Cinderella Russian Bakery has a fairy tale name, there is nothing make believe about this authentic Russian bakery and cafe that has been satisfying piroshki cravings since 1953.  Our foods are prepared from time-honored recipes handed down through generations: Piroshki, pelmeni (Siberian meat-filled dumplings), pastries, Russian breads and entrees like borscht and chicken kiev. The menu focusing on high-quality local ingredients, and everything is made from scratch daily.
