Enjoy the quiet Ocean City Maryland season with a five-day, four-night off season getaway!

This bayside 4BR/3 1/2Ba townhouse on 94th street is the perfect retreat for a group of friends or a family, with a capacity of 7 people. The location is perfect for visiting the Ocean City Art League, Dog Park, Playground, or maybe even the tennis courts. Popular restaurants are a short walk away.

The main floor has an open layout with a full kitchen, 1/2 bath, and an amazing sunset view on the deck. The second floor features a queen-size bedroom with a bay view balcony, plus a full bathroom, twin bedroom, and washer/dryer. The bath includes a tub/shower. The third floor features the king-size master bed/bath with a bay view balcony and a full-size bedroom and full bath. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Ceiling fans ventilate many of the rooms.

You will have use of all of the items in the kitchen, including dishes, glassware, Keurig, and pots/pans. Chill your wine, beer, and soda in our dedicated temperature-controlled wine fridge. Wash and dry your clothes in the laundry room. Home features include an Alexa Show, internet with wi-fi, code entry door lock, USB charging station plugs that are conveniently located, Smart Tvs, and two parking spaces, as well as ample, free street parking. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, a bike, games, etc available for your use while you are here.

Our beach retreat is located near all of the OC favorites; Cafe Mirage, Hooked, Liquid Assets, Dumser's Dairyland, Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, Grottos Pizza, and so much more! There is an Acme on 94th street for your grocery needs and the Beanery for your morning wakeup or late afternoon treat. If you want a larger park area to enjoy a nice walk, be sure to visit Ocean City's (largest) Northside Park, where you can go biking or jogging or walk out on the pier and go crabbing or fishing. West Ocean City with restaurants and shopping are a short drive away.

The off-season has just as many activities as the busy summer months! Treat yourself to a relaxing retreat with friends or family in our OCMD Townhouse. Want to pack less? You are welcome to use all of the items in our home, including sheets, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even snacks, and liquor) Just remember our rule that if you use the last of something, you have to replace it before you leave (except the White Claw, please someone drink the White Claw)!

For your protection and ours, we only rent to families and adults. No senior week or other high school or college vacations at our location. The renter must be 25 or older and must be one of the occupants during the rental. Pets are limited and must be pre-approved prior to renting.

There will be a $100 cleaning fee prior to your stay.

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any substance in the unit. Dates will be mutually agreed upon.

Off season dates are October - March.
