About this space:

Cute 1920s cottage on the Balboa Peninsula, between a quiet bay and great surf beach. Five minute walk to Newport Pier, Balboa Village, ferry to Balboa Island, the Fun Zone and local restaurants. All new (2016) kitchen, bath and amenities.

The house was extensively renovated in 2016 with all new kitchen, bathroom, paint and floors.

Guests have their own access to the home and to the private back patio. The patio is directly adjacent to our backyard and outdoor entertaining area.

There is a queen bed in the master. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
