This adorable metal figure is welded of scrap metals. The head rotates slightly.  The sculpture is 5.5" tall and the base is 2.25" wide.  This was purchased at Soloman's Castle in Ona, FL.  

Per the website for Soloman's Castle, the scuptures are made of objects such as discarded nuts and bolts, beer cans, sea shells, oil drums, sheet metal and wood.
