Special Instructions
This certificate is non-transferrable, it must be used by the person purchasing the package. Gifting this donation will render the certificate invalid. The scheduling expiration is 6 months from the event. The hotel must be used in
conjunction with the portrait session, no exceptions.

Winner must register the voucher 10 days following the event to receive their certificate.
We do NOT require a client to spend any money with us but do however require a fully refundable portrait session deposit of $200 (and if applicable a hotel reservation deposit of $100) due at the time of booking to secure a date and time on our calendar. The held deposit is returned to our client after the portrait session.
All portrait selections are made right after the portrait session experience in the studio.
Framing services are not included in this donation package but may be purchased for an additional fee.
After making their portrait proof selection, clients will receive their finished, unframed 14-inch portrait within 5 months. These portraits will be carefully shipped with no tax included and at NO COST to the winner
