Fifth and Sixth Grade Student created this abstract painting based on Van Gogh's Starry Night.  Each student in Jodie's class was given a grid and smaller pieces of the artwork to develop a color study.  Each student painted at least 10 3"x3" mini canvases to put together to complete the interesting and dynamic painting.  Very  textural elements created with pallete knives, brushes and acrylic paint.
