You and a friend will spend the day distilling behind the scenes at Star Union Spirits, a small-batch Illinois craft distillery in Peru, Illinois, near the popular Starved Rock State Park! The winner will learn about distillery operations and what it takes to make award-winning spirits. This auction item includes lunch, a bottle of Spirits, and an overnight stay (one room) at Peru, Illinois Hampton Inn. The winner will get to tase some of the "fruits" of their labor too.
