The package includes: Initial Zoom Consultation 30-40 minutes (value $85.) This will evaluate your current wellness needs. In particular, those needs that may be addressed by self care insights, ideas, and tools. This consultation will be followed with a CARE package designed specifically for you. This may include several Oriental medicine treatments that are most appropriate for you. Tools, remedies and instructions will be shipped to you (Vale $100.). Dr. Cahill is also willing to do a follow up phone call to address any questions that you may have about the self care suggestions.
