This cozy and well-situated 3rd story walk up- 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is spacious (> 1100 sq. ft) and has great views of the mountains and the lake.  Just across the street from the lake, the unit is steps from the Summit County paved recreation path, an incredible playground and the highest marina in the United States. Each of the bedrooms can host a family. 

The condo unit has a heated indoor pool, two shared hot tubs, 2 parking spots and WiFi enabled clubhouse if need be. There is cable tv, a DVD player, games and WiFi in the unit in addition to a gas fireplace and balcony with sunrise, sunset and lake views.  Razor scooters, bikes and sleds can be made available.  Laundry is shared in the building. 

It is truly a year-round playground! Winter centers on four internationally recognized ski resorts, all within a 7-15 minutes drive, Uber or Summit county bus from the condo (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin). Flip on the fire or sit in the shared condo hot tubs after enjoying snow sports including snowboarding, skiing, show shoeing, cross country skiing, tubing, ice skating, ice fishing, ice SAILING, snow mobiling or dog sledding.  

Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, golf, alpine slide, skateboarding, great parks, a tennis center in Keystone, summer concerts and more. The farmers market is walking distance from the unit. The national forests also host sports such as mountain biking, zip lining and off-road ATV tours.  Rent a boat, kayak, go sailing or standup paddleboard on gorgeous Lake Dillon.  End your day with a brewery tour to sample craft beers at many different Summit County restaurants dedicated to hometown suds. 

Elevation Bowling Alley is a family hoot on disco night and includes an arcade with a variety of pin ball machines.  The movie theatre is walking distance and the mountain dive bars seem to all have Gallaga, PacMan and juke boxes. 

Summit County shopping is shockingly abundant - sports outfitters, art galleries, souvenir shops and boutiques line Main Streets in Frisco and Breckenridge or the Outlet Mall at Silverthorne!  There is even a log-cabin motif Target!
