If you are curious about the local wildlife, an Educational Visit to the International Animal Rescue (IAR) Costa Rica (right here in Nosara!) is the perfect way to find out more. During your visit, you and your family will get a unique opportunity to learn about Costa Rican wildlife and some of the challenges they face.
International Animal Rescue (IAR) Costa Rica, previously known as Refuge for Wildlife, was established 20 years ago to help protect the wildlife of Costa Rica. As residential and commercial development has grown, electrocutions have become the main factor driving rescues wit,h over two-thirds of howler monkey related incidents a direct result of electrocution.
Visit is for a single group of up to 6 people. Age Recommendation: 10+ (Parents are advised that some of the visit content may not be suitable for young children)

It is Essential that you have a confirmed booking before attending a visit.
Only groups comprised from one social bubble are booked on any single visit.
All guests must be in Costa Rica for 3 days and in good health before attending a visit.
