Certificate for one enrollment to Simply Sports Soccer League or Basketball program.

You may choose the the fall soccer league (Sept - Nov 2022) or spring soccer program (April – June 2023) or winter basketball (Dec 2022 – Mar 2023) or fall basketball (Sept -Nov 2022)

Simply Sports Soccer offers both girls and boys divisions in grades K-5th.  Simply Sports Soccer is NYC’s most complete soccer league providing experienced and knowledgeable soccer coaches who lead instructional clinics every week prior to the league games.  Simply Sports Basketball is for children in K-6th Grade.

Choose either of the above programs.  You must submit your enrollment form for your child no later than June 15 for the fall season or September 15 for winter season.
