With this item, the winning bidder receives (5) guided meditation classes.
From wherever you are, you can experience the sense of steadiness and the energy of connection that comes from meditating with a group, led by an experienced teacher.
Join when class begins, or access the recording of the class later - whatever works for your schedule. Using Zoom, you'll be able to sign on from anywhere for a 30-minute meditation break with our teachers and students.
