Looking to create space in the midst of your busy work life, this item provides your team or employees with a private online meditation class by WITHIN Meditation (cofounded by a JSE parent).
WITHIN wants to make it as easy as possible for anyone to understand what meditation is, and how it can help them live and work better, no matter what background they come from or what role they have. When we lead an online session, you can expect a friendly, professional teacher who knows how to talk about mindfulness and meditation in a way that speaks to your people.
