From the comfort of your living room, you will get a fun and sweaty 55 minute workout session with a Certified Personal Trainer & Pre/Postnatal fitness expert who makes the session not only challenging, but fun! Chana Balk is a Brooklyn mom of 3 (4 if you count the dog) and founder of Move It Momma, a fitness business for moms that focuses on creating workouts that help educate and empower moms to live healthier and happier lives. Chana keeps her sessions real and you should prepare to learn proper form, get stronger and smile throughout the session. Zoom times fluctuate during different seasons but typically, Chana runs two classes weekday mornings at 7am and 1 class Sundays at 8am. The class incorporates 50 minutes of mostly strength-based movements, bursts of cardio and a ton of focus on core conditioning and rehabilitation. All levels are welcome and modifications are offered so that each person (no, you need not be a mom to join) is working to the best of their abilities.
