Sarah Hagaman and fitness professional catering to an elite clientele for nearly 15 years. Some notable clients include Cindy Crawford, Alanis Morisette, Pamela Adlon, Kelly and Sharon Osborne. She has been featured in several print publications including InStyle, Vogue, Shape, W magazine, Allure and the Los Angeles Times. Sarah believes in a progressive and intuitive modality for her workouts. While training private clients in Los Angeles, she also facilitates groups with her husband Rick Hagaman founder of RecoveryFit. Both Sarah and Rick have double digit sobriety which allows them to combine their expertise in both fitness and recovery to help and in both fitness and recovery to help and inspire those struggling with mental health and addiction.
