Treat your little one, or yourself, plus up to five (5) friends to a private gymnastics class with Coach Nolan at the location of your choosing in Los Angeles (backyard, park, etc…). Coach Nolan has been teaching gymnastics/movement for 25 years (STAR Education & Los Angeles School of Gymnastics) and loves to get kids moving. He has taught thousands of children and adults cartwheels, handstands and rolls. He can teach any age and skill level, even going as far as to instruct parents on basic spotting skills for training at home. Stretching and movement are the key to good body control which is applicable to any sport/discipline.
