It’s based on the start-up of a theme park since I was involved in several over the years. It’s as simple as a theme, slogan, mascot, attractions and rides. That materialized in Tomball as a Theme – historic railroad town, Slogan – “Tomball, Texan for Fun! ®, Mascot – Rusty Rails the engineer; Attractions – the unique shops, restaurants, galleries, and more in the downtown area, and the Rides – our many award-winning festivals and special events throughout the year that drive visitors into the downtown area to experience the city."
