Gary Porter is Executive Director of the Constitution Leadership Initiative (CLI), a project to promote a better understanding of the U.S. Constitution by the American people. CLI provides seminars on the Constitution, including one for young people utilizing Our Constitution Rocks as the text.

Gary will design a seminar up to 8 hours in length, tailored to your organization's needs and age group! All materials and box lunches will be provided. Must be within three hours driving distance of Yorktown, Virginia. 

Gary presents talks on various constitutional topics to groups large and small and writes a weekly essay, Constitutional Minute, for the Breakfast Club network which discusses constitutional issues in today's headlines.

Gary also performs reenactments of James Madison and speaks with public and private school students about Madison’s role in the creation of the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
