Calling all the Moms who need a morning of rest, restoration, connection and fun! Nourished Mother Mini Retreats take place on Sunday mornings one time per month, outdoors, at the incredible and biodynamic Open Field Farm in Petaluma. Come enjoy a morning where you can come back to yourself, move, stretch, journal, rest and breathe deeply. These retreats have limited signups creating a small circle where the community connection is special and powerful. You will also receive a private session with Kari to deeply focus on your Mother body, mind and spirit no matter the stage of Mothering you are in.
