Brainspotting is brain-based therapy modality that facilitates deep and rapid emotional healing. The survivors and families of Sandy Hook reported this method to be the most effective trauma treatment, surpassing traditional talk therapies as well as EMDR interventions.

Based on a dual-attunement model, the Brainspotting coach simultaneously attunes to the client and the client's brain processes. Treatments go beyond the logical neocortex and gain direct access to the deeper subcortex levels of the brain where fight, flight, and freeze experiences have been stored. At this subcortical level clients focus, release, and reset past traumas. Daily events that were once triggering to the client lose power, which leads to greater relief and peace in day-to-day life.

Both adults and children can benefit from Brainspotting! Jessica is a former special education teacher with extensive knowledge in supporting students who frequently experience emotional disregulation and struggle to connect with others via pro-social behaviors. She believes there is "No Such Thing As A Bad Kid!" and holds a strengths forward, judgement-free approach with every client.
