Four bottles of Estate Cuvée, a blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 11% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Franc. Aromas of cocoa powder, black currant and wet granite soar from the glass as notes of chaparral, dried alfalfa and anise linger in the background. Supple flavors of tamarind, soy and espresso progress to a generous mid-palate. The complex finish is driven by chalky tannins and beautifully refined acidity.
