Our mission at Lyons Den Power Yoga is to empower you to live boldly and courageously. From a physical perspective, the power is indicative of the poses and flow of practice. The poses we use will focus on building strength, balance and flexibility while moving from one pose to the next. Power Yoga is a physical practice that opens up possibilities on and off the mat.
Lyons Den Power Yoga is Manhattan’s only yoga studio dedicated to teaching Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga in the Baptiste Yoga™ Method. We are excited to be in TriBeCa and invite you to join us in creating a vibrant community in the heart of New York City.
